Type 10773 then use the down button to get to the "Polarisation" tab
Use the left >> right button to change to "H"
Then use the down button to get to the "symbol rate " tab
Change the value to 22000
Then use the down button to get to the "FEC" tab
Change the value to to "5/6"
Move the on-screen cursor to "Find Channels" and press [Select]
Wait until list of programmes appears on screen.
Press [yellow] button to store each desired programme.
Press [Select] when you have finished storing programmes.

Repeat the procedure for ITV channels using 10832 in the frequency tab

To watch BBC or ITV press "Services" on the remote control
Then select "8" and select the desired channel
