Sky Cards Support

Please use the form below to enter your Sky digi box details.
You will find all the required information by doing the following

(1) Insert your viewing card in the bottom slot

(2) Press the "Services" button on the Sky remote control

(3) Select "System setup " from the menu

(4) Select "System details " from the menu

All the information you require should now be displayed on the tv screen.

Please ensure before requesting an activation that your box can receive "Sky news " Channel 501 . After requesting an activation please ensure you leave the digibox switched on and check the card is inserted correctly in the bottom slot . The box can be on any channel to receive an activation.

Your activation will take between 20 mins and 4 hours under normal conditions but may take longer if Sky are very busy.

SKY UK CARDS

SKY TV cards (UK version) are now taking longer to receive from Sky than previously. Most will arrive to us within 7-10 working days. Once received we ship directly via DHL. Irish cards are in stock and there are no delays with this version.

Mail server problem

Our mail server failed at arround 07.00 today 27/08/07. The server is now (16.20) up and running but many messages have been returned or have ended up corrupt. Please resend any mail you may have sent us today.
